Marko was super responsive to questions and very helpful and knowledgeable. He picked us up from the airport and ensured we had everything we needed. Property was in a great location to the Split port. Thank you again!

Really convenient location. It’s close to the ferry/bus terminals. We love that it’s tucked away and not in the super busy area. The room itself was better than we expected. Clean, comfortable bed, washroom was quite modern. Would definitely stay here again. They also offered to drop up to the airport for $35 euros which was really convenient. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay at family-owned House Sandra and would def stay here again on our next visit to Split! They offer airport transfer for 35 euros and the boutique hotel next door has restaurant serving great breakfast and dinners! The groundfloor room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, including some dishes/cutlery, a small fridge, a kettle, coffee and tea! But prob the best feature of the room was the amazingly comfortable bed...we had the perfect first night's sleep to fight jetlag after our long haul from Vancouver! The location is so close to the port...less than a 5 min walk away from restaurants and the ferries to other islands. It was super easy to roll our luggage down the street to catch a ferry to Hvar. Thank you Marko for a memorable stay! 😊

A beautifully decorated room, with a huge comfy bed, large shower room & seating area. This gave us the perfect base for a one night stay in Split. A short uphill climb from the port area, but close enough to walk to all the city & waterfront restaurants

Very friendly Host and a spacious and comfortable room

House Sandra is beautiful, large room, big comfortable bed, clean room, nice bathroom. Lovely hosts, very helpful and welcoming. Only downside, there is minimal parking.

Marko, the son, was an amazing host. The property is walking distance to literally everything. Instead of spending the rest of my week at a luxury spa, I would honestly stay at House Sandra instead just because of how close it is to everything. The apartment was small, but it had everything you need at a great price- a mini fridge, tiny kitchenette, coffee/tea, and bathroom. There is no parking, but you don’t need a car in Croatia. The transportation to/ from the airport is worth the $35 Euro. 100% recommend this place and will be staying here again.

Great option for female solo traveler

Perfect overnight stay at this lovely property which is a spacious, modern, clean apartment.  The host Marko is kind and helpful and also transferred us from the airport about 30 mins). The location is around 10 mins walk to the ferry port and also close to the old town area.  Nearby supermarket is open until 11pm.  We also enjoyed lovely breakfast at new cafe Jo & Sisters (5 mins walk).  We would not hesitate to recommend.  Thank you.

We really loved this place.  It is a little bit difficult to find, coming from a bus stop with light luggage. When we found it, we didn't find staff right away and there was a sign requesting to call a phone number.  I attempted to call it but was failing with not knowing which numbers to dial first. If I dialed the exact numbers, it wouldn't go through.  I was starting to feel a little stressed about it but then the lovely staff (owners?) showed up and helped us. We only waited a few minutes after all. The room is wonderful and the staff members are friendly.  Once we knew where we were located, it was easy to find our way to the bus station upon discharge.

A very modern apartment with a great bed, shower, fridge and sink in an old traditional house. It is at the corner of a small street and a tiny walking street, but your phone GPS will get you there no problem.Close to bus and ferry. Close to Diocletian’s Palace which is Split’s main attraction. We found a nice restaurant right around the corner, or there are many others.The owners are helpful in every way and will provide a drive to or from airport at a reasonable price.

I’d give this place 5 stars! The location is fantastic—just under a 10-minute walk to Riva Promenade and less than 5 minutes to a supermarket. Great value for a 3-night stay. Marko was super friendly, and the airport transfers both ways were a big plus. The room itself was lovely. The only small downside was the lack of a microwave, but overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Great Stay

The perfect hosts and the perfect location. This family run hotel is such a gem. Located so close to the old own of Split its a great location to start exploring the beauty of the city. My room was clean, had all the amenities I needed and was just all around cosy. The owners will go out of their way to help as well and offer a transfer to and from the airport. Couldnt asked for anything better.

Marko was great and picked us up at the Agana Marina when we arrived and dropped us off at the airport when we departed for a very reasonable cost.  The room was very spacious and comfortable.  Looked just like the photos and is within easy walking distance to Diacletians Palace for sightseeing and restaurants.  Highly recommend and will stay here again.
