Went over September weekend for 4 nights. We were in the queen sized room. The room was a decent size and very clean when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable which is needed after walking all day. Bathroom and shower was standard but clean which is all you can ask. Great view out of the window. It is located around a 20 minute walk to pile gate, and a 20 minute walk to the new port up near Lapad. This means it is situated pretty much in the middle of everything which is great for getting about due to the bus links which is a 5 minute walk to the main road where you get the bus. Only gripe is that the rooms are hard to find at first, and if booking an excursion that you get picked up it will need to be in front of another hotel. For the price I think this is a great find as after all you wont be in the room for long as you explore Dubrovnik, so i think this is perfect for anyone looking for somewhere to stay while here.
