Staff very friendly and helpful great location as long as you are willing to walk a bit - right next to a bakery so it always smelled delicious - great vegan options at restaurants within a mile.Family room was HUGE and had a vary private but small balcony over looking the forest - bathroom was the only space that was cramped for four ladies but everything else was very open - coyldnt have asked for more.
