Great hospitality and such a cute villa to stay in!! Super private and secluded. Such a prime location to sit back and relax! Always greeted by friendly pets! Highly recommend staying here!!! feels like home away from home. perfect little villa that has all the essentials necessary whilst on holiday. 10/10 

We stayed with a family of 6 adults and 6 children and were warmly welcomed by Mary and Charlie in the early hours of the morning - after a long trip it was warmly received.  A bowl of fruit awaited us and a large carton of milk, as well as weetbix for the morning so we had something when we woke till we got supplies.

The house was very clean and spacious (4 bedrooms) with all appliances you need, including rice cooker, oven, huge fridge/freezer in the house, and even a blender for smoothies or, as we did, those all important cocktails!!

Huge outdoor table barbecue area is perfect for eating and drinking alfresco while the kids swam in the pool with music playing.  

The gardens are immaculate, making you feel close to nature.

A quick walk down the road takes you to Charlie's Cafe which has amazing food and free kayaks and paddle boards for use.  

I highly recommend this venue for large groups as it's private and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Wow, what a beautiful place, we had such a great holiday. Te Akapuao rental home was fantastic. Plenty of room, Mary & Charlie & their boys were wonderful hosts dropping off fresh pawpaw & pineapple & bread during our stay.  Mary & Charlie own Charlie's cafe down the road best burgers in town, you must try them delicious... Totally recommend staying a Te Akapuao rentals, im definitely going back when i get the chance.

Absolutely amazing place to stay very private, the pool was well used thats for sure👍 Hosts Charlie, Mary and whanau were awesome! Thank you so much for the experience and Charlie's cafe WOW! Amazing food and service. We'll be back in the near future 🌴🍍🌺

Wow!! What an incredible place to stay 2 minutes walk to the beach the very amazing Charlie's cafe right on the water and in walking distant..just an incredible place to stay with everything needed for a perfect getaway with family we hired the whole place and we couldn't be happier with Mary and Charlie's amazing hospitality just amazing people and we can not wait to go back next year. "Corkery family".
