4 reviewsWe found this clean and overhelming friendly managed little hostel by accident as all other places in la candelaria were fully booked. The room we got was sufficient large, the bath room ok w/ hot water and the interior very different from what we experianced the last three weeks in colombia. Each room is individually furnished (somehow a bit of kitsch, w/ dolls etc. but interesting) The next morning we got the best breakfast ever in colombia. Of course eggs of choice, bread of the better selection, marmelade, butter, musli in yogurt, fruit salad+juice and -if i remember correctly- nutella. The hostel is run by two ladies, one is Swiss, speaking German and English as well as Spanish. The location of the hostel is not exactly in the city's center with respect to sight seeing or shopping, but pretty ok considering the cheap taxis in bogota. Located between la cadelaria and bogotas north, one block down of La Septima. The neighborhood is where the students live at day time and party at night. Hint: difficult to find, because there is neither name plate nor any advertisment on the building.
