We stayed here for three nights on a family getaway from Shanghai. Our Chinese is very limited, but the staff were extremely patient and resourceful in trying to help us. We wanted to visit Shuangshan Island, and the staff helped us figure out the bus and ferry routes to get there. The facilities were great value - the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a standard Chinese buffet breakfast; very oily but otherwise fine. The location is right beside the long-distance bus station, which was convenient for getting to & from Shanghai.
