My 1-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai Pudong (Sept 27-28) was absolute perfection—this hotel truly knows how to make guests feel special! First, the Front Desk team deserves a huge shoutout, especially Sakura Li. From check-in, she greeted me with a warm smile, walked me through all the hotel perks, and even gave tips to make the most of my view room. When I asked about nearby spots to explore later, she didn’t just answer—she printed a little map with recommendations. Her attentiveness turned a simple stay into something memorable. The view room itself was a highlight! The panoramic view was stunning, and I loved sipping coffee by the window in the morning. Plus, the breakfast buffet blew me away—so many fresh options, from classic Chinese dishes to Western favorites, all delicious and well-prepared. Every corner of the hotel felt clean and well-maintained, and every staff member I met (from restaurant servers to housekeepers) was friendly and helpful. This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a hotel that cares about every little detail. I’ll definitely be back and have already told friends to book here next time they’re in Shanghai!
