Excellent business hotel. Excellent location with superb service. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the real reason I'm writing is that I accidentally left my wallet in my room when I checked out of the hotel about 10 days ago and didn't notice it for about 36 hours. I'm back in the US now and am truly grateful and amazed to report that the wallet was just delivered to me - with all the credit cards and cash intact! I am incredibly impressed by the honesty and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Kudos to the Shenzhen Guest House!
