I stayed at this hotel on business a while ago, but I just got to writing the review. The hotel is right by the city square and caters mostly to Russian tourists. Suifenhe to Russians is like Tijuana to Americans. This hotel is nicely maintained. The roof top restaurant where breakfast is served has very nice views of the city. I don't I'll go back to Suifenhe, but if I did, I would stay here again.
