Where to start? On arrival there was a brief hiccup with our booking which was efficiently sorted by the day manager Mr Mou. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds. The room was equipped with a good bathroom with plenty of hot water. It had a hairdryer, kettle, ac, TV with a couple of English channels. The breakfast buffet was plentiful & had a 2 for 1 offer. There was a complimentary coffee machine in the lounge area next to the lobby & also a free laundry room. The hotel itself is located on a pedestrian mall & surrounded by Markets & lots of restaurants. The Yellow River & White Pagoda Park is a short stroll away. The ever helpful Manager Mou came in early to flag down some taxis for us when we departed. Highly recommended to all.
