Floral Hotel Green Lakeshore

The nine lakes are just in front of the hotel and the walking street just a short walk away. The sunny atmosphere and the street food leave no excuse for not taking a walk as long as you can. This is the best way to explore this tropical city.

great service , and wonderful rooms, the location was very nice also, the food at the hotel was very nice. the whole hotel was a true 5 star stay.
we stayed there twice on two separate nights , and it was a real restful and rewarding stop on our trip.

Stayed for one night. Clean rooms, price OK, great location. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't really work and the road outside was under construction, even at night..   Still would totally recommend staying here

It is average.

The location is nice , just besides the lake, and half hour walking distance to the city center. the cleanliness is above Chinese standards, which is ok to western standards. 

Ok for the price.

The receptionists ( the only staff at the hotel, there were  two) are below any standard, not helpful or efficient at all, their only duty is to make the check in, that it is.

It is average, good location

This place was chosen because of it's vicinity to the Cui Hu lakes. Yes, it was near the lakes but other things failed. 

Near the lakes implied far away from the metro. The nearest station was a 20-min walk. Limited choice of shops around. 

About the hotel, staff not informative when I asked info on travelling to Jinghong (which is a popular tourist stop & many should have asked before). 

What I disliked most was the toilet. Always damp, leakage underneath the basin, and the bath tub was a joke. It's 3-foot high. Do not expect to step into it if you have inflexible knees.
