We absolutely loved our stay at Eaton HK! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Jordan Station and surrounded by great food spots. The hotel has a stylish vibe, spacious and clean rooms, and thoughtful eco-friendly initiatives like refillable glass bottled water and optional towel and bedsheet changes. Service was excellent, breakfast was enjoyable, and everything felt convenient and well-designed. Highly recommend Eaton HK for anyone visiting Hong Kong! >Service: Exceptional! The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, explaining everything clearly during check-in. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, making dining a pleasant experience. >Cleanliness: Rooms and common areas were spotless. We appreciated the sustainability efforts without compromising cleanliness. >Value: Great value for money considering the location, amenities, and overall experience. Unlimited refillable water was a big plus and saved us from buying bottles. >Location: Perfect! Close to Jordan MTR Station, bus stops, and surrounded by food spots. Easy access to airport transfers and walkable to cultural attractions if the weather is nice. >Sleep Quality: Excellent. We stayed on the 9th floor, and even though there seemed to be an event or party one night, we didn’t hear any loud music in our room. Beds were very comfortable. >Rooms: Spacious for Hong Kong standards, stylish, and well-equipped. The shower pressure was incredible—super strong, making every bath refreshing! Air conditioning worked perfectly, and even with carpet flooring, my husband didn’t have allergic rhinitis issues. Minor notes: there’s no bidet (common in HK), windows have wooden sliding panels instead of curtains so natural light means less privacy, and no bathrobes provided.
