Excellent Stay with Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended for Families I stayed at this hotel in November 2025 during a family trip and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay. The location is extremely convenient — directly connected to the MOKO Mall, which makes shopping and dining easy, with many great restaurants nearby. It is also linked to Mong Kok East MTR station, offering excellent accessibility to the rest of the city. Our room with a double bed was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The overall condition of the room exceeded expectations. Security was also outstanding: elevator access is limited to guests with a room key card, and in the evenings, staff were stationed at the elevator hall to monitor access, which added an extra sense of safety. Whenever we needed anything during our stay, the staff responded promptly and efficiently. What impressed me most, however, was the exceptional service after our departure. Upon arriving at the airport, I realized I had accidentally left my car key in the hotel room. I contacted the housekeeping team, and they immediately took the necessary action to locate the item. Since I couldn’t return to the hotel due to my flight schedule, I asked if they could send it via post. I was truly reassured when they promptly replied with detailed information comparing various delivery options, including cost and estimated delivery time. I would especially like to thank Janus Ho, Karmen Cheung, and Daisy Kwan for their outstanding professionalism and kindness throughout the process. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, safety, and convenience, and I would highly recommend it to families traveling to Hong Kong.
