This is the third day of our current and fourth stay at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbor post pandemic, Overall experience has been extremely satisfactory as usual. Having spent more than 20 days here in the past, we know what to expect in terms of service, location, hotel amenities and the room quality/cleanliness. We have stayed in so many Hyatt properties around the world, this hotel is definitely one of our favorites in every aspect. So far all of hotel team members that we have encountered often go above and beyond their duties to meet our needs. We can see they take pride in delivering exceptional service to it guests and in keeping the room and public area/facilities in immaculate condition. Check-in process was extremely quick and smooth, greeted by front desk staff Samson and Sophia. They were very professional, cordial and efficient. We also received a courtesy room upgrade and late check-out, a benefit that we really appreciate and enjoy for being a long time Hyatt World Member. I am literally enjoying an impressive morning harbor view while writing this review. BTW, house keeping staff Molly has done a great job making our room nice and neat. I highly recommend this hotel and absolutely will return in the future.

What was good
Excellent location of the hotel.
Nearby there is a walking area on the embankment, a small fish market at the sea bay crossing, where you can buy fresh oysters. As well as North Point metro station. There is also a large shopping center 100 meters away.
The hotel is large and comfortable. There is an “endless” pool and spa area on the roof. Be sure to use it. From there there is a beautiful view of the bay.
