Loved our stay here - staff is very welcoming, hospitable and pleasant. Very convenient location, easy to access supermarkets, restaurants and downtown. Breakfast wasn’t anything luxurious but it was enough and VERY tasty and warm! I would come back again!

    What was good

    Mandatory mask. Swiming pool and hot tub only limited for 10 people at time with a worker watching us if we are safe.

    What was bad

    Stayed 2 nights but no room service due to covid. So bit inconvenient to bring our used towels down and bring new one upstairs but the front desk people were fast at giving us the towels.

    What was good

    The heating cooling system ran very quietly allowing for a good uninterrupted sleep.

    The breakfast was very nice.

    What was bad

    The young man serving breakfast was abrupt, lacking skills in dealing with the public. Part of the issue may have been talking through those masks but his interaction with guests was clearly below the high quality treatment received from all other staff.

    What was good

    The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool and water slides and the location was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
