Hoo - Doo Motel

This is my third time staying here. The motel rooms are cozy and clean. What I love about this motel is the friendly staff . A bit out dated that's what it makes it so cozy no matter what the weather brings. AC in the summer . Warm and cozy in the winter. I would cone here again .

Good location, walk to BPs for pizza or drinks. Easy to find, central.
Nothing special, but within budget and less expensive than most Drumheller accommodations, especially on a holiday weekend. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Instant coffee only in the room. Bring your own.

We are grateful to the motel for giving us an early check-in so that we could dress for a wedding.  Good place for a shower and a sleep.  The price is reasonable for high season in Drumheller.  Nothing fancy.  Clean, free parking, central to everything.  Recommended.

A good night's sleep at a reasonable rate

It was decently cleaned but otherwise so outdated that it made me feel uncomfortable anyways. My allergies were acting up, the brown carpet is probably 35 years old and the whole room smelled so musky when we got here we had to open the door for a couple hours to get the smell out. Windows don’t open and the air conditioner we couldn’t get working. The bathroom was small and the white towels and curtains look greyish like they’ve been used way too many times. The man that greeted us at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the area at least which was nice. But we still couldn’t believe the cost was $140 for this room! I think it’s because everything else in the area is super expensive because of the dinosaur museum nearby (which is awesome by the way!). 

Meh...

The room was clean but very dated.  The bed was the absolute worst mattress I have ever slept on in motel or hotel.  Only provided with one bath towel and 2 smaller ones.  Bed linens should be updated.  Definitely not worth the price they are charging.  We will not stay at this location in future.

Very Over Priced!

We arrived in drumheller for our vacation all excited. We got to the hoodoo motel. At the desk he insisted i pay up front for 3 nights even though on his web page only 1 night is required. We got our key and opened the room. It smelt like something died in there. It was unacceptable to us, there was just no way we could handle it. I imediatly walked back to the front desk and told him about the smell and asked for my money back. He said no and i had to talk to booking.com. Went back to my truck and checked he'd already put the charges through in less than 5 min. Icalled booking.com they said nothing they could do. Talked to my bank they told me they had start a case and would call me back in 5 days. After 5 days i was told nothing they could do. What a joke. Complete scam. Next door the super 8 had a pool sauna workout room and cheaper. Dont bother with this disgusting hotel. Should have the heath bord shut it down. I'm out $441.50 for opening a door. SCAMMER! A few days later i received a call from a robocall not saying who they were stating they wanted to give me a full refund and the hotel had been shut down. checked booking,com and my bank. Not either one.  So my id had been compromised also.

i forgot my apple earphones in the room and call the next day to inquire about it
guess what nobody saw it when cleaning
mmmmn big ripoff all around
