A hotel where you can relax - large green areas around the pool. Suitable for both reading a book and playing with a crawling baby.
Delicious themed dinners - mussels, snails, barbecued pork ribs, unique soups and donuts.
Large rooms enough for a family of 5 with a baby.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. The food was delirious, there were many different options and I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. I recommend it and would come back again!

The hotel was great, we were greeted very friendly by beaming young people. The hotel manager was a very intelligent and kind woman. The animation entertains Max's guests as well as us. The restaurant offers a variety of food, one wonders what to eat, and the themed dinners are simply the top. Serviza is full of young and ambitious people who try to satisfy all guests to the max. We will recommend to friends.

The hotel is very nice place to have a holiday in the summer we were very satisfied staff was an amazing very helpful about the restaurant there is the most delicious food we have tasted staff again was very friendly helpful and we were happy to spend our holiday in this place big  thanks to Valeriya and Stiliyana the managers of the restaurant 

In a restaurant staff is really polite. I really like the restaurant because it’s big and beautiful. It’s located near the sea in the forest that’s why my vacation was perfect! About food there were different cuisines every day of week! I’ve tried Bulgarian meal and there were singers who came and made guests have fun, I learnt to dance Bulgarian traditional dance, it was interesting! Also staff always care about serving guests perfectly well! I really love their hospitality! Especially Kazakh waitress Jans, she was really friendly and sociable, and polite, I could learn something about Kazakhstan too! 
If you’d like to have a good vacation I advise you les magnolias, not only the restaurant, because of its people and nature😍

The restaurant was really great! I’ve had a nice time. The stuff was friendly and helpful with beautiful smile. The atmosphere was amazing especially on the theme evenings. Definitely going to come back! I recommend it to you!

I had the pleasure of being a guest at this hotel and the atmosphere was wonderful. Pets are allowed in the hotel. There is a bar that offers all kinds of drinks. The hotel has a conference hall and an animation corner.
The restaurant is filled with a unique smiling staff that energizes. The food is varied, especially in the themed evenings, which are worth attending.
The nature surrounding the hotel and restaurant is wonderful for relaxing on your vacation.

I was a guest during the French celebration, the decorations were great and so was the food.
It is worth to be a guest in this hotel. 

The food is really great. It is very near to a nice beach. Staff is polite. There are activities such as pool, sauna, table tennis, air hockey, billiards, table football, topčiki, volley ball and so on

We're completely satisfied with the service and cuisine. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff are polite and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious. We recommend the place to everyone who really needs to take rest and feel special.

The gist was just to rest and have a  break of a fast daily routine and spend some time with my closest friends.

Wonderful experience!!!

I've been there for second time. It was my most romantic and pleasant stay in a hotel by the bulgarian seacoast. I took everything I needed during my stay. Cozy clean room, great pool, restaurant with friendly professional service, bars with attractive fun bartenders. And the location is more than perfect - a romantic path to the sea, a clean nice beach, garden, forest, stadium, court, playgrounds, places for all kinds of sports and entertainment. This is the place!

The best place on the BG seaside

It is my second time this year in the exceptional grasp, of the dream this resort provided. Drinks- fine by me. Food- off the charts of all-inclusive service in Bulgaria. Overall experience- 3 nights felt like an eternity! Everything is friendly and eventhough there are drawbacks you can easily pass by them, as the spirit of the place takes you back to where you feel the most comfortable and nice.

the best place for family  vacation

We are stuck to this place for year after year now and each time we visit it our resolution to go there next year solidifies. The location is perfect - for those who like the warmth of the south sea the beach is a walking distance away. In addition, the hotel offers a nice swimming pool with a separate children area. The water is clean and pleasant in temperature. Rooms are cozy and cleansed with care. The admin staff is really helpful and the hotel manager shows a personal attitude to each guest. Boys at the bars - 3 of those in the location! - try their best to serve the tourists. As this is a Lookea club hotel the animation is at a high level and one can dip into the French atmosphere and culture. And the hit of the place, as always, was the restaurant! Third year in succession it wins the prize of the best restaurant in the whole TUI Universe! (Lookea is now part of TUI)! Fresh and delicious variety of cooked and cold buffet cuisine is tempting and hard to pass by without taking a piece of each one that catches the hungry eye!☺Thanks to the Chief a charming lady Nevena that brings a professional touch to each meal. Big thanks to the former restaurant manager Tsvety who left a high-level quality heritage before being promoted as a Managing Director of the Primorsko Club hotel complex that includes alongside with Les Magnolias club hotel, also the newly refurbished Forest Beach chain of hotels nearby. No doubt, she is now decided to bring her experience and skill to lifting the quality of service of the entire location! So, leave aside any hesitation and taste the spirit(s) of either Les Magnolias or Forest Beach next year. For sure there will be no regret!
