Absolutely brill place. Brill staff. Been so many places all over Europe never had so brill tome and fun, and totally relaxed. Definetely will come back again. I will recomending it to everyone that one real relaxing. Staff is multilanguage so communication is no problem. Food is tasty and nice. Rooms are nice and clean.

This place is not five stars. It is done to treat a person. There is everything you need, the most important is the mineral water, the rest does not matter. there are interesting places if you are with a car. And for the summer there are outdoor pools.

Rubbish place,where when you call to make a reservation say one thing like for 3 nights will be 380leva but when  you arrive give different things 420leva without explaining why such a difference(pretending that they didn’t hear question).On phone sed doctor will be there and can start treatments straight away but ended up waiting till next day and not guaranteed doctor will show up.While u wait for doctor to check up u are able just to use swimming pool and fitness and that one is closing 17:00. If u want to use massage or Turkish sauna it’s extra charge plus for robe they charge u...that’s why if u plan on going there for couple of days I suggest you don’t go avoid this place.Restaurant staff was soo rude and with no smile.Made us feel like we are not welcomed in there at all, We had all included with breakfast lunch and dinner where they give u card what u have to register in restaurant what u gonna eat for next day from their limited menu list,we didn’t know that as receptionist didn’t explain how it works,we found out about this system once we went for dinner where lady was very angry on us for not coming sooner as now she doesn’t have food for us prepared,she gonna look what’s left over for us to give.Overall this place left impression of unprofessional attitude .Reception staff even not explaining nothing to you how and which way system works,we needed to search for someone to find answers on our questions.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Horrible place

If you are looking to spend some relaxing time and you are thinking: Medica seems good for that I am here to tell you: DO NOT STAY HERE. unless ofcourse you enjoy being abused and called rude names and threatened by one of the male satff members-Vasko.He was extremly rude to me and told me not to challenge him,or he would hurt me. The most surprising thing for me was that even after the incident with me has accured and the manager of the hotel (a young girl) was witness at this,the hotel staff did nothing-absolutely nothing!!! While I was frightened and crying I tried to book another hotel and pack my staff as soon as possible and get far from there,the ladies at reception seemed to find the whole situation funny and amusing. When I was leaving I asked if they would do something about this rude man or if they will give me a discount on account of my horrible expirience.The answer was: We do not decide this things you know,our owners are in Rouse and they are far away,so this is how it is here.BRAVO! Top notch! Great way to spoil someone's medical treatment and vacation!  So,dear reader,if you are looking to stay in that woderful part of Bulgaria I would reccomend you a hotel in Bachkovo or Asenovgrad,which have a  lot to offer to their tourist.Oh, and do not fall for that  advertising line-we have a spa-it turns out that you have to pay for everything separetly-pool,sauna or steam room and the prices are not cheap at all-6.00 leva per hour for the steam room-CA-CHING!!!!
