Great room with balcony and lovely view.  Helped with cases when we arrived and when we were leaving.  Linen and Towels changed daily.  Room spotless.  Handy to have a fridge to keep drinks nice and cold.  Air conditioning worked fine.  Lady serving breakfast very nice and friendly.  Breakfast very good.  Ate in the restaurant in the evening nearly every night.  I found the food and value for money the best in Old Town Nessebar and definately reccommend the restaurant, Hotel and the staff working there.  Angel who runs the restaurant and the younger waiter were very friendly and made sure you had everything you needed.  They also took time to explain the various dishes that they were serving.  Great food and drink!

Very convenient right in the lovely old town - and really good value for money. Very friendly, and they made it really easy to pick up the parking card to get freely into the right-next-door parking lot.  Room was not huge but was clean, and lovely balcony for sitting out on looking at the sea.   Only downsides were tiny sheets that didn't cover across the two pushed-together beds (but that's Bulgaria, even in some more expensive hotels), and no glasses/cups apart from one very dirty tooth-mug in the bathroom.

Great hotel with a few surprises. On arrival we found we had more than 40 steps to climb to get to the hotel reception.The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff cannot do enough to please. The rooms all overlook the harbor. Quick access to the old town main streets from the back of the hotel where there are lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. We would definitely return to this hotel and have enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely breakfast is served down the steps on the seafront by wonderful staff. Sadly the advertised hydro-massage shower did not work and there was no bathroom shelf for toiletries. We also noticed a smell from the floor drain in the bathroom. Clean towels were provided daily but the bedding was worn. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was dark as the balcony light did not work.The air-conditioning does work but is a little feeble.The restaurant is separately-owned  but has a good selection of tasty food and, of course wonderful views across Nessebar Bay. The restaurant staff always greet you with a smile at any time of day or night.

Didn't book so arrived on spec. Price of 60 Lev for the room with sea view was very acceptable. The room was clean and tidy and whilst the shower tray leaked the "wet room" outlet worked ok. We ate in the resturant both for evening meal and breakfast next morning with no complaints at all.
At 3am we were woken by some muppet playing disco type music. Not particularly loudly but a constant thump thump. Couldn't work out whether it was from our hotel or adjoining as all Bulgarian Hotels suffer from rubbish noise insulation anyway. It stopped after about half an hour so put it down to experience.

We stayed here two times for our week-end break in Nessebar. 
This is a small boutique hotel fabulous located on Nessebar harbour. 
Rooms are medium in size, very clean and modern and the balconies offer superb view upon the harbour. The owner and the rest of the stuff is very nice and polite.
Definitely recommend it because of the amazing view and atmosphere of the harbour.

Superb views !

When looking at the room, we asked the guy point blank if there was air conditioning.  He said yes.  There was a controller on the wall that seemed to verify his claim, so we agreed to stay.  There was no air conditioner.  If there was, it didn't work.  Without that lie, I'd give the place a 3, but I don't want other travelers to give their money to dishonest proprieters.
