Very very happy with the amazing staff at hotel Bali Spa. There were two of us for a relaxing massage and the two lovely ladies were both nothing but helpful, smiling and very accommodating. The staff there are attentive and really went out of their way to ensure that we were happy and relaxed. Highly recommend the Spa and particularly the massage. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, the massage rooms are clean and conducive to a really great experience. As massages go, this massage was decent, and although I prefer deep tissue massage, as this was relaxing, I think we did get what we wanted. Overall, a really nice experience, I will be returning and highly recommend it. The service is outstanding, which is rarity in Blagoevgrad. Note: we did not stay at the hotel so cannot comment on the rooms, views or breakfast.
