I'm on cancer treatment at the Sta Rita Hospital and come every 3 months to Victoria. Hj was my last visit and I didn't feel well, so I decided to try to anticipate the flight, because it was the next day. I couldn't get it done. I called Pousada q the driver of the app had recommended and I talked to the employee q I wanted a daily pq my flight would only leave at 6pm the next day. I froze pretty much q it wouldn't be a night but a daily pq my flight was the next day at 6pm. Td agreed and la. I paid for it and went to the apt. There at 9pm, already owned, which was not my surprise I went to the reception behind the room q the entrance was at 2pm and the 12pm.

Zero empathy

I would like to congratulate the management of the Majestic Pousada for their team! attentive, kind and willing to help staff. I have been at Majestic since April 22, and I always feel at home. Clean and very tidy rooms. Capricious coffee and made with great affection by the staff. In addition to thanking the entire team, I also express my special thanks to the management, competent, educated and willing to solve all problems. Congratulations, Majestic!

I feel at home!

I booked four for couples and on the day I only had a single room with two single beds, room with many ants, even on the beds, on the website the photo showed room with fridge, TV, tray, wardrobe and when I entered the room the only thing I had were the two beds, and the attendant tried to explain that the economy only offered beds, ceiling fan, shower and toilet, which gave me a certain relief without toilet, which would be even more complicated.

Bad infrastructure

Good hostel in good location, close to shopping, beaches, downtown, simple, very safe. With a great cost-benefit, excellent daily price. I was very well served by all the employees.

It's a very simple place, but it's a great price, breakfast is very simple, and the internet goes down every hour, but outside of that, the inn is great, the service is great, the receptionist, Deborah, is super attentive.

Very nice setup, the perfect room is too beautiful I loved the green color of the room the very beautiful, totally wonderful decoration super wonderful attendance... whenever I come back to victory I will definitely go straight to the mojectic hostel;) have a super quiet night with my boyfriend. The atmosphere is very harmonious, calm and quiet. I recommend. Everyone!😍😍😍
