The hotel has clean rooms, clean bathrooms, refrigerator in the room. Excellent breakfast, plenty of variety. Very attentive hotel staff. An opportunity for improvement is to put some drinks in the refrigerator of the room, because if you need it, you'll have to go down to the reception to pick up.

It's a good hotel.

Simple hotel. The cost-benefit makes it always crowded. The apartment is quiet and clean. It smells a bit of mold, but it doesn't bother me. Whenever I needed it, I was well received by everyone. Good breakfast.

It was a good stay.

Previous attendance: I sent a simple message, asking for a change of UH, if there was a similar one, but with a couple's bed and the person clearly could not read and interpret text... he replied rude (also, I think this was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in terms of service/care provision). Upon arrival: without at least a good night from the receptionist, only a sertaneja song bombing at the reception and conventional sleeping checkin, when it could have been streamlined (because someone was already with my data); every time I passed by the precision at the night shift it looked like a boutique (I tried there in the lobby and it was unstoppable).

I 'd fly, and I wouldn 't recommend it.

Staff members do not wear masks, even in front of guests who follow protocols. Apartment without all the minimum supplies, even if it is the most valuable.

Bad experience amid the new wave of COVID infection...

I've stayed at the Valler several times, always working. The rooms are small but clean, what weighs is the noise coming from the hallways. The hotel has parking, breakfast and dinner are fantastic. The price is low for what they offer, I recommend, but only for work accommodation, for family I don't see as an ideal hotel.

Cost benefit, ideal accommodation work

Great cost benefit, even with the pandemic restaurant works with some restrictions but breaks a branch cabin, I always stay there when I go to Rio Grande do Sul, you don't even have to leave the hotel for coffee dinner etc.

Great cost benefits

We stayed at the hotel as a family: a couple, a child and a baby. The room and the towels are very clean. The hotel as a whole is very interesting, and it has an elevator. There is internal parking, but not covered. The breakfast is quite varied. The location of the hotel is convenient for those who are in transit by the BR-386. The daily price is very worthwhile. We pay R$ 125.00 for us four, with coffee included. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent cost x benefit

Fast and eficient check in. Clean and spacious room. Bathroom is small and not comfortable. Really fast wifi. God bed and pillows. There is free parking and breakfast buffet. Dinner is not included (US$ 4,50) and is ok (salads, meats and pasta/rice and beans). So... average !!!

Budget

After a visit in Lajeado, it was late and I was lucky to get the last room at Hotel Vallér. The place is very simple and it seems to be full of sales people traveling for work. I was happy to find a clean bed and a hot shower. They have a parking lot and a decent breakfast. The restaurant had an inviting dinner, but I did not eat there. Overall, I was able to rest for a very low price without having to drive to a larger town.
