I took a car trip from Rio to Foz do Iguaçu and after talking to the attendant and getting to know the place I found that there was a room for the night on the way back to Rio. As I was in the middle of a long vacation I had some difficulties finding a hotel. After a long search I got a vacation at the hotel Eden Sorocaba. Upon arrival I was a little uncomfortable with the place. The hotel at the entrance seems to be a large house with a gaming hall on the side well-moving. But after talking to the attendant and knowing the place I checked that there is a side access that leads to the rooms. I believe that due to the pandemic I had a lot of trouble to know if the hotel was good. Due to lack of resolution and a good grants.

It needs to be improved on some points, I recommend for those who are not very demanding.

If regret killed... the photos show one thing, when you get to the hotel it's a completely different thing. starting with the hotel entrance that's not even paved. The internet is a pity, I complained and I didn't get a response. These hotel owners don't want to spend 100 reais a month to put a decent internet. Breakfast is ridiculous. The replacement is time-consuming and it doesn't always happen. The hotel employees clearly show a lack of training. They're people who don't have the slightest clue in reading and dealing with the guest.

Worst hotel I ever saw...

I've been there working. Good for a quick and cheap accommodation. The bed is good, but don't expect any luxury. Good breakfast, with a good variety. The location is not very good, since it's far from downtown. But it worked for me because I went to a meeting at a company even further away.

Hotel very well located. With excellent accommodation and excellent service. Morning cafe very well served. It is worth staying in this hotel in Porto Seguro. I was very well served in this hotel. Natalia is a nice and helpful person always ready to help.

I had to complain at the reception because guests listen to music with the door open, I took an ice bath, the bar doesn't even have water, breakfast is reasonable, the internet is good, but it should have more to offer for the price.

It's bad.

Cery good place, great rooms with great bathroom, fridge, air conditioning and very good internet connection . Free coffe and free water, the staff is very nice and gently . There is also a restaurant inside.
