We booked the presidential suite to pass the Revéillon, our expectation was high, even because we had been there other times and we had good experiences, but this last one stained the image of the motel for us. It was almost midnight, the year was about to turn, when I stepped on a glass CACO in the pool room!!! I felt something on my feet, I didn't know what it was (I never imagined it would be a glass cage), I took it with the same foot, and we didn't really like another surprise. To make matters worse, this wasn't the only cage I found here (we had two more on the floor of our pool and a glass of our own plant, so we had to add this information. We called the reception desk and we talked to the reception desk and the manager of the motel, and they were asking for this, and they couldn't give us an explanation of what we were doing, they asked for a few more shifts, and I sent them to the gate, and they really didn't like anything else.

A glass cup on the pool floor... absurd!

I've been to this motel many times, and I've always had a great stay, I've told some friends a year ago, and they've had a terrible experience of having cockroaches in the room, including a fall from the ceiling on the woman, a chaos, I've had my face on the floor, today I tried again with my wife coming back, we arrived around 00:30, we picked up suite 37 named Belle's, worth $235.00 with pool and stuff like that, we came to the room suite itself perfectly clean, so small that we noticed the cleanup per episode, sorry to the naked eye, if we saw a black one in the chaos part of the pool, I was sure that the room was really messy, because I was not sure if the hotel was really clean, because I felt that it was impossible to be a receptionist, and that the Spanish kitchen was not in the same way, and he had so much fatness and refurbishment that he had to ask for a refurbished room, and so much more, but the room was so full of hygiene, that we had to make the room, and

It's a shame.

I just left the motel, I have nothing to complain about the structure, pool, bed, cleaning of the room. I leave the establishment at 5:30 in the morning with my boyfriend having a bad time after eating a papaya cream served by the motel. We went to the emergency room indicated at the reception we were attended to then I called the motel to return to the room because we are in the corner of the car and the manager Daniela was extremely fat, ill educated and cynical and she didn't have the sensitivity to offer a simple suite with a special value not taking into account that we spent 230 reais and we didn't manage to use the time acquired.

The humiliation.

We like this motel. Most importantly: the cleanliness. I enjoyed the surprise of the lunch (good meal) being included in the price of the stay. Good facilities. Easy access by Fox Tavares. It was worth the escape!!!
