1315 reviewsWe chose ModeVie Gramado for our Honeymoon destination because we have stayed here before and the service is impeccable!!! 1. Fernanda gave us all the help we needed when we called to book directly with the hotel. Those 3rd party bookings take way to much of a cut. Fernanda helped us book the suite that was perfect for us (#13) and she was also there when we checked in. She even went to our car to get the bags and check to make sure the room was set. Thank You also to Gabi, Adri & Ana for setting and cleaning the room. The romantic music was playing and the champagne 🍾 was on ice. Perfect 😍 2. Talita was waiting in the lobby with us and was able to take some cute pictures of us to forever remember the moment. She also gave us Chocolates 😋 3. Our stay was remarkably comfortable and will forever be engraved in our memories. The room was incredibly Big with a second floor Hot Tub that was amazing after a long day of walking and eating chocolates 😝 4. Patricia made checkout quick and easy and even made us feel comfortable when we came back to use the lobby to cool off before our journey home. 5. Overall this Hotel is Phenomenal and I would Highly Recommend it to Everyone!! Thank ModeVie Staff for making our Honeymoon unforgettable!!!
