Excellent location. Close to beach and shops. Big breakfast with lots of options. It's dated but good value for money. Air conditioning in the room (a bit noisy but works good). The only annoying thing was there were no hooks to hang our towels.

Good value

Simple hotel, old furniture, good breakfast, big swimming pool, it'd be a good time to change furniture, it's open parking, it's homeless, it's close to Black Sand Beach, the high floors have a view of the avenue.

The service is excellent! I have nothing to complain about the staff. The breakfast is great and diverse and runs from 7-10 hours. However, the hotel needs renovations for the price it is (they have money to at least change the air). The air conditioning is feeble and full of mold. The mattresses are old and pillows too but the mats are well washed. From 6 outlets, 3 do not work. The shower is the wonderful gasoooooooo! And it is close to the Black Sand Beach and the Virtues but far from the main beaches (Hill Beach, Enseada Azul, Padres Beach) and far from the waterfalls.

Okay, that's it.

I spent 3 nights in Hotur with my family. Hotel although old, has very positive points - parking / large rooms / good swimming pool and educated staff. The lady in charge of the silent morning cafe requested to make scrambled eggs at our request. From the hotel to the beach of the Black sand or the beach of the brownflakes is very convenient we walked. I thought very good the cost X benefit offered by Hotur, I would definitely come back on another occasion.

The Beach's Perth

I booked by Booking to spend the Revellion in Guarapari. It was a fiasco hotel with no maintenance old furniture noisy air conditioning with dirty filter ralo old clogged bathroom tv. I didn't leave the first day because I couldn't see Fraga in another hotel.

That's bad.

The room was horrible, falling to pieces, old floor and falling apart, cracks in the ceiling, the bathroom was not so clean and there were traces in the box. Tube TV with a terrible image, and the remote control failed several times. Super dangerous window because the opening is below waist height. Definitely not recommended for children. There should be a glass shelf under the bathroom mirror, which was probably broken, but was replaced by a thin, broken plastic plate at the tip that didn't even support the weight of the items that were accommodated. As soon as I entered the room, I went to use the toilet bowl and the discharge desk was interrupted. Precision reception desk and not to warn the receiver.

Not recommended

Location: excelent, 2 blocks alway from the beach. Cortesy: Excelente, the employees were great. Rooms: a disaster, old bulding with poor maintenance, we have to visit 5 rooms to get one with some condition to stay. Even this one there was burned lamps, the bathroom was not realy clean, not because the cleaning lady, but the bathroom conditions. The rooms on the floor 10 are the ones the are in better shape. Mold smell  on the lower floors. Breakfast: Horrible, no quality at all. Cold cuts not kept refrigerated on the table, not even on the top of a container with ice. No cover protection for the food, and there were flies around. Price: good for the location and not good for everything else.
