The website shows a price, but it's not actually your booking. When I contacted the establishment, the price is different, and when I asked that question, I was treated ignorantly and arrogantly by a poorly trained employee who didn't even want to identify himself. If they treat potential guests with such disrespect, imagine how they should take care of their own accommodation.

Poor attendance, and no comment on the rest.

The first room they put me in looked like a prison, all cemented and without windows. Half macabre, I complained, and the next day they put me in less bad.

It has nothing to do with the photos.

I booked more than 6 months in advance, because I wanted to make sure and stay calm, thinking only of enjoying my trip. In the booking I said clearly that there was no prepayment, that the check should be made on the day of arrival at the hotel. Well, as it was one week away from the trip, the motel started calling me and sending me emails, informing me that I should make that payment in advance, at the risk of losing the booking. He said: pay or lose the booking. Very absurd!!! tremendous respect! I panicked.. I called for the booking and they said that I should not pay anything, because they would make my booking, result: I arrived in Blumenau and went to read my email, sir the motel had cancelled my booking. It was terrible... I had to stay in a place, full of suitcases... because I had to go to all the hotels in the street.

They don't meet the booking standards.

It's a spacious and very modern suite, very up-to-date and tasteful, my experience was during the Oktoberfest and I was very well treated during my weekend stay, well served breakfast, and well served beers and snacks overnight, clean facilities and all the equipment was working properly.

Excellent accommodation and comfort.

Motel on the outskirts of Blumenau, the room I had available was the economical one. I paid 480 for 02 days, one theft for the offer!! At the motel table, this same room comes out for R$40.00 per night!!!!! Old room, with tube TV and 70s environment.

It doesn't serve as a hotel!

A very simple motel, rooms without windows and a small bed. There is no fridge and the WiFi is very weak. We pay 200 dollars a day but it's not worth it, breakfast is very reduced with a hot mixture, a glass of juice, social club and a small cup of soluble coffee delivered in the room itself. It's not that close to the German village at least seven kilometers. The staff were polite and helpful.
