Hilton Garden Inn Brussels City Centre

Very good stay at this well located venue. Less than five minutes to the underground station and bus stop with very frequent services to all the city venues. The room was fine and breakfast also very good. Apart from one grumpy member of staff, all staff were very welcoming, polite, friendly and approachable. Even the member who has been grumpy was fantastic on all other interactions except for the first, but we are all only human and who knows what challenging issue they may have been dealing with before interacting with me. No upgrade here although complimentary drink which was very good. There was no shower gel left in the bathroom just before a late shower. After calling the front desk, this was rectified very very speedily. There is also a fantastic Italian restaurant just a two minute walk away. Would I stay here again? Definitely.
