Good hotel

Its a hotel apartments in exhibition road, they have security guys always check you if you have a room  or not.
the apartment are big and nice but the service wasn't that good the towels in the bathrooms were not that clean.
the walls are very thin you can hear if someone flushing the toilet next room.
the noises from the party next apartment are very loud especially after 5 a.m. i complained twice but no body cared.

This is my forth time in this hotel apartment and every time is losing quality because of the staff (Bengaly).
the A/C was not working in of the rooms i had to call three times in the night they sent me some guy he cleaned the filter and the a/c was working for 30 minutes only.
The fire alarm was going on and off at 2 a.m for many times and their were fixing it in while guests are trying to sleep.
