The room was great. It was small yet felt spacious and clean. I appreciated being able to leave the room key at reception (it is 24 hour) so I did not have to carry it around all day. Laundry service is a bit pricey, but if you inform the front desk early enough in the morning you get it back the same day. Tip - avoid doing laundry on the weekend if possible as there is a hefty surcharge. The breakfast buffet has a number of options, but some were subpar in my opinion so I was mainly just having a croissant and orange juice. The beverage glasses were extremely small and I felt uncomfortable getting up for a refill. There is a restaurant right next door (Rinderwahn) with great burgers and service. The service was friendly and professional. I felt warmly greeted each time I dropped off or retrieved my room key. The hotel is in a great location. There is so much within walking distance so you are not reliant on taxis or public transit unless you are going somewhere like Schonbrunn Palace. Overall my stay here was pleasant and I would recommend to anyone staying in Vienna.
