very helpfull and nice staff, the location is very quiet, which is perfect if you want to sleep longer,you can reach the underground u6 in 8 min by walk, the price is cheap and the service is great, there are many free parking places.

Basic clean hotel. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom too. It is a hotel for blue collar workers, therefore the breakfast was a hearty breakfast by European standards. A buffet with many choices, we really enjoyed it. We just stayed one night after landing at the Vienna airport and early the next morning headed to Salzburg. This hotel was on our route on the southwest side of Vienna, which made it easy to head out to Salzburg the next morning.

We got a good last minute deal on this room. For the price we payed this hotel was great!

But... The rooms are worn out. I noticed spider webs on few occasions and few dusty spots missed by the cleaning ladies. We ran out of toilet paper, there were no towels and even no bad linings on pillows.
The reception guy was very friendly and helpfull. I just wish we didn't need his help in the first place.

The breakfast was OK. A little bit of everything.

For the price we payed I'm not sorry we picked this place. We were looking for budget sleep, and we got it;).

Rooms smell cigarette smoke not very clean. The rooms are small and bathrooms old. You can probably find something better. Breakfast was not very good either. No Aircondition either. 

Since I have to write 200 letters to explain that this hotel is not very good, I just want to say the guns n roses show in Vienna was AMAZING!

I assume there is better options in vienna

Room and Hotel Condition:
The furniture was damaged and neglected (broken slats, worn-out furnishings, exposed cables).
The mattress on the bed kept slipping off the frame/slats.
The sink in the bathroom was clogged, and the shower surfaces were covered in grime and deposits.
The floors and the entire room were inadequately cleaned.
General State of the Hotel:
The reception area and public bathrooms were in terrible hygienic condition—filthy, with years-old dust on radiators and spills visible on the floors.
There was a complete lack of basic cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep.
Rooms behind the reception (presumably for staff) were open, revealing dirt and clutter, raising serious doubts about the cleanliness standards of the entire hotel.
Discrepancy Between Reality and Advertisement:
Photos on Booking.com depicted modern, clean, and well-maintained rooms. In reality, the conditions did not meet even minimal standards: peeling floors, damaged furniture slats, hanging wires, torn curtains, and an inadequately cleaned bathroom, toilet, and room.
Such a stark difference suggests that the photos and information on Booking.com are not being verified.
The photos appear to have been taken when the hotel was first built or renovated, which stands in sharp contrast to the current dilapidated state of the premises.

Terrible!!!! Not to go there!!!!!

This is not a hotel. Please don t go here. Well, i drove 20 hours, i find this on maps, on the exterior the hotel look nice, but what is in the interior is horrible. The girl at the reception doesn't know how to talk to the customer. She is arrogant. I told here i want to book a room, then she show me a room, the room smell terrible, the mobilier was rusty. I ask her to show me another room and the go to a room 202 i think, nothing like the pictures...dust, smell terrible, same mobilier. Ok, i said is kind of ok. And then go to the reception to check in. I give her my id to book the room, and she write my name wrong 3 times. Then i need to park the car...she told me is 20 euro per day. Ok...but she don t let us in the hotel parking spot she told us to park on the street. How is possible this? And then i don t want to do this anymore and i told the girl to do a check out and give my money back(paid with card)  because this is not normal. She was on her phone like all our converdation. She told me she can t give me the receipt, i need to go in another day. What is this??? And at least she gave me the receipt with my name wrote wrong..then i told her i need to speak with a manager, and she say is not there, she don t know when he came... is the man who i spoke on the phone about rezervation. I call back that number and the man said he isn t the manager..what is wrong with this hotel???? In the end she say is not her problem, somebody will call me....guess what?...nobody call me. I call them like 2 days and they or don t answer or give me some " i don t know" . I don t stay in that room 1 second, don t touch anything. And she said she can give my money back..i don t know why...4 days later nobody call me, nobody inform me about the solution...this is a scam.  And i don t know what tipe of rezervation the girl do, she don t inform me. I will call at the consumer protection because this is scamming, not possible and not fair to the customer.

Please dont come here.

We came to hotel and showed on booking the time that we are goong to be there and noone was there!!! We had to use check in machine and put last four digits of reservation number and it showed false, we were sitting there for one and a half hours, tired after 12h drive, disappointed amd frustrated. It was at 2 at night. Noone was answering pur calls and we did not have parking for our car as ir was said in reservation. Terrible hotel, terrible experience and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very bad and disappointing experience

First room : peanuts under the bed and ants 
Fortunately, they change our room for a cleaner one. 

Really hot room. Can’t open the window more than a little. Bed aren’t really comfortable. 

We had to pay 20€ for one night with cat and the parking is 15€ for a day
