Wow. We were so tentative and fairly apprehensive when we booked and saw reviews on Google and trip advisor. Please, whatever you do, ignore the negative reviews. This place is brilliant. It's so unique and quirky. We're used to staying in your big chains, i.e. Plaza, Hilton, Whardorf etc. This place is full of character. So personnel, and the host was simply lovely. she was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was awesome too. You even have snuggly dressing gowns in the wardrobe for winter, really nice touch. We'll certainly be returning and are upset we only booked 1 night in this brilliant place. Thank you so much!!
