Pension Hendling

This B&B is really a good deal for the price. We had two rooms, one single and one double for about 90 Euros. The beds are good-sized and comfortable. The double room was a very good size (esp. compared to where we spent our next night, for the same price.) It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever been in.The garden area is really nice to sit in and there is a charming dining room. Breakfast is included and it was certainly substantial. Set in a quiet village, it's a nice area for walks or to base yourself for a few days. Lots of books available to read (if you understand German.) The bathroom could have a little better lighting but otherwise everything was very good. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether the owner or someone speaks English because we had a German speaker with us. It's probably not easy to get there w/o a car but there is a bus stop right in front of the pension. We would happily stay here again.
