We were flashed by the excellent quality of food we experienced at a spontaneous dinner last week at the Pariente. They preferably use local and seasonal produce, offer a good menu at reasonable prices, freshly prepare the dishes and have an excellent service. In all those categories at least one level better than the nearby local incumbent (Stocker) which was rather disappointing to us. We had a baked lamb Schnitzel and a Cordon Bleu + plus Eispalatschinken for desert. Strong recommendation! Best restaurant in town! I just don’t like your Schladminger beer (which seems to be served in all restaurants around here), it would be great to offer an alternative (I personally like the Gösser Naturradler).
