Haus Breuß

We planned to have a week hiking in the Tyrol Alps, near Mayrhofen and felt Hippach would be a good place to be based as it has a train station and plenty of buses to the cable cars along the Ziller Valley and into Mayrhofen. It turned out to be a good decision and we were very happy with the apartment we chose at Haus Breuss. We opted for the studio apartment which was spotlessly clean, well equipped, light and airy and surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The highlight of an evening was to sit on our spacious verandah enjoying a glass of wine or a cold beer. The Breuss family were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They do not speak much English but were happy to help in any way that they could. Mrs Breuss had a translation app which meant we could communicate by text. She also very kindly accommodated us with a slightly later check out than normal, as we had to wait for our transfer to the airport.
