I had the small apartment here. Great bed, good bathroom, good towels. Kitchen a bit small, but perfectly adaquate and well equipped. Wifi reliable - you can plug directly into the wall if not connecting multiple devices. Nice house (take your shoes off as you go in!). I was a little concerned about noise potential, being only 100m off the main road, but nights were pretty silent even with the window open. Note that the turning into Atzing off the main road can be awkward to spot (esp at night), but there is a small tunnel under the road which helps if you need to cross oncoming traffic.
