We were so impressed with the Rijstaffel, we went back again for the same thing! We have been to Bali several times, and the chef here brought those delectable flavors to life. There was a ton of food and the leftovers were excellent for lunch the next day. It was interesting that the two dinners had different rice and fried chips and the second night they did not have the pasta dish-which was a real bummer-as it was our favorite from the previous week. The variation in chefs may be the issue, but both meals were excellent. Our favorite meal on Curacao.
