Quality hotel with superb staff. The furnishings, breakfast, apes ski snack bar and spa facilities are second to none I've seen in Hinterglemm/Saalbach. I used to rep this resort, and always wanted to stay here as a guest; it didn't disappoint! It's slightly more expensive than more basic hotels of course, but worth it. Natalia on the bar and Otty on reception are exceptional and helped make the stay even more special. Whilst not ski in/out, the Reiterkogelbahn and Snow & Fun rental shop are only 100 metres away from the hotel boot room. Tip - Be sure to use the reception snack bar 16:00 - 17:30 daily. Nothing like post ski cheese and biscuits with an Austria red!
