This is my second assessment of this hotel. I've been to the hotel a few times. Unfortunately, there's been a lot done since then. There's been a lot of vegan food, no lactose-free food. It's been refurbished. Very stylishly furnished in the restaurant and bar area, as well as the outdoor area on the street and in the garden. Very tasty food in the restaurant, even seasonal offers. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable seats. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is no longer timely. It's not easy to make a vegan meal, no lactose-free meal. It's not easy to keep something nice. Simple, tasteless ham and cheese, as well as the outdoor area on the street and in the garden.

Stylish but still not top

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very nice, the bar is very nicely decorated and everyone is very nice. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately we had a room on the street side and the bar across the street has seats. So sleeping with the kids was a challenge because it was very noisy every night. With the lockdown they didn't have it any better, though, after a call. So it's not recommended on the street side with small children or breakfast sleepers. The breakfast buffet was so far very good, but I missed a vegetable alternative to butter (Flora Plant), which should be standard nowadays, white eggs (which aren't yet complete) and honey. Otherwise everything was hardtop.

Great hotel with some air up.

Quiet - clean - homey! ☺ Free parking breakfast is a dream. There's nothing left of wishes. Price/performance fits very well 👍 Checking in is uncomplicated even when no one is on site. Checking in online is also possible! We were only one night there on the road - but always back.

One night's stay at this hotel in the center of Bad Schallerbach. Available and comfortable parking next to the structure. Very dated room with carpets in a very critical condition and with unclean bed accessories. The worst and completely unacceptable thing was the non-functioning of the Wi-Fi network. The network worked only on the ground floor bar-reception area but did not work in the rooms, it was impossible to log in and even after request to the reception there were no solutions (for those traveling for work with the need to work on the PC this is an unforgivable defect!). Not very kind staff (I was refused credit for the cost of a bottle of water on the room bill and I had to go up to take 2 euros to pay the hotel's fee quite immediately) and barbecue.

Too little

My room was spacious and quietly furnished, and I was able to use the guest ticket to buy a discounted entrance to the spa, and the breakfast was sufficient, and the hostess was eager to spend the night on a business trip.

Hotel in central spa

A bit shoddy inside but on the other hand you can smell the right feeling of the 80st...The hotel is definitely not suitable for those who are looking for vibrant company (my wife said: a ghost hotel:-)))

Moulded windows in the room - unreasonable when visiting with two children; unfriendly staff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet; air in the breakfast room there is a direct outside door; refilling the breakfast buffet much too slowly

Never again

Good afternoon everyone. We are a family - a child of 11 years and two adults. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The feeling that the landlady saves on everything, and employees are intimidated. Any question or request seems to frighten them. Unclear. In the bathroom a bottle of cheap soap. Pillows are liquid. As bud, then they are not. Cleanliness - yes. The hotel is clean. But ... mean. At breakfast there is no grime. There are no croissants or sweet pastries either. Some bread and bread. I managed to get out a scrambling (but it was said that the question should be agreed with the landlady). I asked for two servings, but brought in a single plate with two forks (I did not see such a dish even in North Korea). They brought a half-baked inside and slightly burned out mixture. The garden with the terrace is not well maintained. It seems that only money is important. The rest - tourists tolerate. All the same will not disappear anywhere - the water park nearby. Noisy train, as well as cars and motorcycles do not help fall asleep.

The feeling that the landlady saves on everything

A pleasant environment, friendly staff, food was sufficient and there was some food to choose from.

Visit to Bad Schallerbach

There was nothing to remember about being child-friendly. Mayonnaise was not breakfast: no good morning only whatever you like to drink, buffet was very clear, sausage was already dried and also nothing exciting about it, no fresh fruit room: not clean and on the question of whether you can't make the TV came just nobody, but was not repeated all three days.
