AMAZING!!! we stayed for 3 nights for our wedding and we will definitely be back. From check in to check out I have not one bad thing to say about this venue and staff running the venue. We got married at this beautiful venue, our day honestly was the most perfect day. Thanks to all of the staff, they were attentive and professional. The wedding planner and bar manager are both to be commended, the communication was amazing on the day. From the start to checking in with the bride about details of set up and ensuring that we received our food whilst getting ready. To ensuring the bridal party received our canapes and drinks between ceremony to reception. The reception was wonderful all of our family and friends were so happy with the food and service as were we. The staff packed down all of our wedding belongings for collection the next day. I recommend getting married at this magical venue with amazing staff, one friend has already booked for their wedding! The next day we went for breakfast and the lovely staff there were so welcoming and attentive, the main waitress is so caring and her service is wonderful. Unfortunately, the next day my grandmother had a traumatic fall in the toilet in her cabin, she was stuck on the floor unable to open the door. The staff went above and beyond to reassure her and our family and assisted getting access to her and an ambulance whilst remaining calm and professional. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member that was assisting because he was so empathetic and wonderful he deserves a special mention. The staff even emailed after checkout to ask how my grandmother was afterwards. From the cleaners, maintenance workers, wedding planners, waiters/waitresses and reception workers we were very impressed at how cohesive and professional they all are. Thank you for making our special day so wonderful, we will forever cherish these memories.
