Having endured lockdown in Sydney it was nice to get out and away from Sydney for the night. The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. Glorious views from the balcony and nice and secluded at the bottom of the property. Comfortable bed and well presented the cabin had everything you could need. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Property a little dated, but very clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. Pet friendly was a real bonus. Grounds were great dog exercise. Will happily stay there again if required and recommend a stay if you have a dag.

We had the spa cabin and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had a great view and large grassy areas which was good for our dog to run.

Cabin clean plenty of pillows blankets towels for the two days we stayed. We were warm and dry and had everything we needed to stay COVID safe and It was easy To social distance as the cabins were spaced well overall a successful Weekend trip during Covid

We planned weekend away in the mountains and picked Cedar Lodge cabins as our choice of stay as we were going to arrive after office hours Carol was nice enough to arrange our key and bless her heart she put the heater on for us so the cabin was lovely and warm when we arrived which was very much appreciated as it was a bit nippy when we got there we had a spa cabin which had a king size bed and a wonderful large spa which we were certainly going to take advantage of there was a wonderful large shower as well easily to people and two shower heads so you could have a lot of fun it also had a fully equipped kitchenette and fridge and a verandah to sit out on to look over the mountain terrain it also had a cute little table with two chairs so you could sit and have your breakfast or dinner it also had a good size TV with a DVD and a little mini hi-fi it also provided Wi-Fi there are double cabins there are big family cabins and the one that we had the spa cabin we were very impressed loving the atmosphere and the serenity along with the views and we would go back again so you should try it

Lovely cabins to stay in for a few nights or longer.

Couples getaway

Its a short drive back to Katoomba or Leura and all its fantastic eateries. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Great place for a couples getaway

Great location for dog friendly walks with amazing views. The cabin was perfectly adequate for my needs and very clean. Carol and John were extremely welcoming and dog people through and through. Unfortunately my dog had rolled in something very unpleasant on our walk on our way to accommodation. Carol and John took her off for a bath. Not that’s what I call good service!I will definitely be going back.

A soul nourishing stay

Amazing

We brought our dog for a blue mts anniversary weekend getaway and this was one of the few places that offered dog-friendly accom without adding additional costs per night for pets. All cabins were pet-friendly! Loved the place, but it does not have insulation and that weekend was particularly cold and wet. Both a fireplace and electric blanket were available but we were too tired after hiking and went to bed without turning either on. We woke up pretty cold, but that’s clearly on us....(city kids, amirite?). Would definitely book again though!

Great place for a dog-friendly weekend trip!

My family - me, wife and 2 kids 8 and 9 - were travelling through the Blue Mountains and wanted somewhere to stay for the night. 

It was exactly as we hoped for the incredibly low price. Clean, easy and friendly. Not at all flash and quite dated but for the money we couldn’t have been happier. 

Not many places like this left. Anyone who wants to have a whinge about it needs to have a word with themselves.

Would happily recommend and stay again.

Great value

Ceadar Lodge had everything we needed for a large family. The cabins were clean and tidy and with A/C. The kids loved the games room. Only a few minutes from Katoomba which was a relief to get away from at peak periods. We had a great choice of places to eat at neighboring towns. We would stay again!

Warm and cosy with the moutain cabin feel. Very comfortable.Cabins were a little old, but well maintained and perfectly clean and tidy.Kids loved the games room - plenty of space and entertainment options.Only issue I had was trouble with weak WiFi signal strength in our cabin - kept dropping in and out.

Cedar Lodge

Whilst Cedar Lodge Cabins are right on the Great Western Highway, they are set back enough so that all you hear is the wind in the trees and the singing birds. Cedar Lodge Cabins are in an amazing location where you can sit back on the perfectly arranged outdoor furniture, with a coffee in hand, enjoying the beauty of your surroundings, overlooking the valley below. It's breath taking and an absolute must. The cabins themselves are cosy, neat and clean and my 9 year old daughter really loved the Kookaburra Room which provided hours of entertainment (pinball machine, pool table, jukebox, DVDs, Xbox, and so much more).

Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay, we found the cabin clean, pleasant with all the comforts to ensure a great stay.  The spa, double shower and large activity barn were extra bonuses.  Located close to Blue Mountains attractions making it a base to holiday from.  Throughly recommended for couples and families.
