This isn't the first time I have stayed at the apartments, and it certainly wont be the last.  Amazing views and fantastic apartments. Everything you could want. Great restaurants very nearby. Secure car parking. Its a must.

Just loved, loved,loved it! The best views from the 10th floor up the estuary and out to the ocean. 
Our ladies group were so impressed we hated leaving the apartment to explore the shops or eat out. We utilised the amazing kitchen for dinner each night enjoying the beautiful lights and views. There is even a vintec wine fridge in the kitchen!!! The apartment was very clean and fresh with plenty of room. Make sure and get your car out of the undercover parking before dropping the keys back up the apartment. Can't wait to go back, this is definitely our next years destination. Thank you.

Waters Edge Luxury are the managing agents for some of the privately owned units within Seashells Resort, Mandurah. My review is not for the resort but for the excellent service we received from the team at Waters Edge Luxury. A family member from overseas stayed for 2 weeks at the resort, he booked the accommodation online. Susan and Kelly did everything they possibly could to make his visit memorable even changing him to a room with a better view and allowing late checkout to accommodate a late flight. The office is only a short 2 minute walk from the resort and the management team have put systems in place to make sure you are not inconvenienced in any way. Well done and THANK YOU

Each year, in January, 6 couples head off somewhere for our "January Weekend Away" (no kids). It was our turn to choose a place to stay and plan activities and we decided on Mandurah. On arrival at Waters Edge I nearly collapsed when seeing the view from full glass windows from north to south. The location is right near everything. Did I mention the view? The 10th floor gives a hypnotic relaxing look at Mandurah Estuary and how the other half live. The kitchen is like the final cook off in MKR, digital DAB stereo, TV's in every room, I could go on but you need to see for yourself. Rooms were spotless with a heavy dose of carpet deodoriser. Security in this building is reminiscent of the opening scenes from Get Smart and even getting the keys presents quite a battle but it is worth it. Booked a cruise and ate at most of the eateries on the boardwalk. M is very nice. Depending on your stars and the position of the moon will depend on whether you get the nice check in lady or atilla the hun..Good luck

We stayed here over the Australia day long weekend and let me first say this is one of the best local resort i've stayed in. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with breath taking views over the bay and pool. The rooms are lovely and clean has everything you need to cook with also. We used the bbq's down stairs several times and very easy. The pool is fantastic and with the beach just across the path what more could you ask for. Will definately be staying here again. Top Notch!!!
