We booked the Glenoe Cottages for a long weekend and it proved to be the ideal base from which to see the sights of the Great Ocean Road. As soon as you drive into the property you can see the care and attention to detail that has been taken in maintaining this property, with immaculate gardens and a view to die for! Inside the property is spotlessly clean with all of the amenities you will need for your stay including a fully equipped kitchen and welcome basket of goodies from host Dianne. We couldn’t recommend this property highly enough!

Our stay at Glenorchy Cottages was simply excellent. From the extremely warm and sincere welcome by the hosts, to the absolute beauty of the views and property, to the magnificence of the quality of the cottages themselves. This is 5 star accommodation and service to match. Dianne prepares the cottages meticulously and covers all of the finest details to make a stay just so very comfortable and relaxing. The cottages are a great base for so many of Victoria’s top attractions but to simply hang out and enjoy the comfort and views is an attraction all by itself. We would recommend a stay here to anyone, it’s just wonderful. 

Stayed here for 2 nights during our road trip to the Great Ocean Road in early Nov.

First of all, location is perfect! Situated in Apollo Bay, its a great spot in the middle of the GOR for an easy drive from Melbourne and to explore Port Campbell onwards. The cottage itself is situated high up with great views of the ocean beyond. Nice and quiet, very private. Just a short 5min drive to the lively town centre if you need anything.

We had a very easy and fuss free check-in and check-out experience. The host is so generous with supplies, we had more than enough food to last us our 2 days. The cottage is very clean and well equipped. And the views are spectacular no matter where you are in the cottage (even from the spa bath). It was pretty cold while we were there but kept warm and cosy with the fireplace and heater in the bed. 

It was not our first choice when we were initially searching for accoms for our stay; but if we have the chance to return in the future it will definitely be first on our list!

We spent two nights at Glenoe Cottages for our 25th wedding anniversary, every aspect of this place from the view to the cleanliness of the cottages was outstanding and a real credit to Dianne. The breakfast basket and the welcoming bottle of wine were a great touch. The only issue is you don’t want to leave.  This is a great place to stop.

My partner and I stayed at Glenoe Cottages for two nights mid week and cannot fault anything about accommodation or service. Owner is a lovely lady who has evidently put a huge amount of thought into ensuring guests have everything they need to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay! Small things such as BBQ wipes inside the BBQ and a coffee machine walk though were thoughly appreciated. 
The location of the property is perfect for a bit of peace and quiet and the view is beautiful! Would definitely recommend to all! Thanks very much Dianne for having us 😊
