From the moment that the driver arranged by the hotel picked us up to the moment we departed with the same driver back to the airport nothing could have been better. The staff was always interested in our request and did everything possible to provide an answer. Our suite was as described when we booked through the hotels website and met our every need. We were in the country for a wedding and were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very close to all the center city Yerevan activities going on and very convenient to the city itself. We would highly recommend this hotel.
