As we go back in time, we appreciate the attention of the staff, the only thing that could improve the breakfast, but more fruits. Cleanliness, impeccable orders, nothing luxurious but a very good experience.

Almost very good.

In keeping with the village, which is very old, the hotel tries to stay in that line. It is comfortable, well-located. Excellent shower!! Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. It has a car. No street noise.

From the time 

The lobby, the stairs, the patio, all the furnishings have very nice period furniture... the room turned out to be so beautiful, I left with the feeling that they were content to fill it with old furniture without any style and much less charm... the breakfast quite well and the price ratio quality, well.

Travel through time.

They have tried to make a boutique hotel in keeping with the historic city centre but the details are outdated and it is noticeable the lack of maintenance in the rooms. The breakfast is complete and the quality of service is good. The worst is the parking lot located one block from the hotel, with very little space and a high risk of being hit by vehicles... One of the beds lacks parts of the head, the mattresses are already deformed, the bathroom shower is lost on several sides...

A hotel that could improve a lot...

We arrived in Victoria on a long weekend. We found the hotel very conveniently. It is conveniently located in relation to the shopping centre. It can be walked. From the outside it was not very encouraging because it needs a little maintenance but when we entered it was very pleasant surprise because it turned out very cozy. We were in one of the rooms on the ground floor above the gallery. The right size, with a TV and hot tub. The bathroom.... with local fauna. I took a shower with a family of ants who were working hard walking along the wall. At first there was no hot water but quickly it was solved and there were no problems. The staff is very cordial and friendly. The parking lot at the turn has few parking spaces, but there is no problem in leaving the front of the hotel.

 Grata Surpresa is a great surprise.

We stayed only one night, but we were delighted. It is an old coffee house restored and decorated with very good taste. They have 3 kinds of rooms: the standard ones, over the gallery in the patio. The upper ones, inside the living room, are huge! and the upper ones with hydromassage, are also huge but the hydromassage is small. They all have a private bathroom (new design, nothing old...with glass toys). We decided on the standard yoghurt ($1100). They have good lighting (with blue linens) and good ventilation. They have air conditioning and heating x heating. They have a good blanket, furniture and comfortable colchory size. Tuno has a TV x cable and a station that takes care of the back seat.
