Overall, we liked our stay and would recommend it to others. The location is perfect - you are very close to the slopes - only 7-8 minutes walk in ski boots. You have to negotiate the traffic though. However, even though the location comes with a ski storage room, we suggest renting a locker near the ski lift - will make your life much easier. Assigned parking space is a huge plus, especially when it shows outside. Now, for those potential renters that are coming from the countries other than Spain or outside of Europe... Email communication with the owner was very good. No issues to get your questions answered and also the transaction was easy and painless. However, if you do not speak Spanish/Catalan/Portuguese (we did not) communication with the property manager may be difficult and you may need someone to have you with translation (we called the the owner and she helped us with communication). Just remember you are a guest in their country, they don't have to speak your language :) Now, about the property. It's small. There were six of us and it felt very small. Only one bedroom would be called bedroom in the US, another "bedroom" is just a loft (though a good size one) and you may not be able to stand up there (it's about 170 cm high at the highest point), but it's suitable for children. And the last "bedroom" is of a size of a walk-in closet partially separated from the living room. We also would not call it having two bathrooms, as one is just a toilet with a sink and the other has a bathtub/shower and a sink. In all, more like 1.5 bathrooms, but overall their size is good. Depending where you are coming from you may also expect other amenities that may be standard in other parts of the world. We were somewhat disappointed by a lack of a tea kettle and a hair dryer. We considered them very standard things to be had in every rental property. Apparently not. I suggest, if you have any questions, address them with the owner prior to your arrival. I am pretty sure that she will help you with your reasonable requests. But if the location is the key, you should be OK with this property.
