Petrovich guest bottom! People don't follow the owner's orders, she's frankly fucking up! They've booked two rooms after she sings, as she advertises it... essentially they've got a full bottom! The rooms are small, uncomfortable, smelly old condors stuck in the fortress, all nice old and dirty! The wifi doesn't work properly! The house isn't on the first line! The general bathroom and shower rooms are always busy and there's just the horror, and the smell is right there's the hood... yes, the owner met the drunk and only talk about payment.. all around the neighborhood there's some fancy drinks on the premises and we're looking for them.. and we've made a nice house and we've got a nice place for all of them!

The room had everything needed, new furniture, a cabinet, beds, tubs and even a mirror with a table..The air conditioning is excellent.Exit to a large balcony, overlooking the sea, you can sit at tables and drink wine.The owners of the hotel, Alan and Peter, sell their wine, very tasty. The sea is 30 meters away, we have never lived nearer, there is a large common kitchen, there is everything, 3 refrigerators, space for everyone.Toilet and souls for the economy one on 3 rooms, clean, constantly cleaned, the water is always hot, we didn't feel discomfort, we managed to rest, we still arrived.

It's a great place to relax!

We were together with a young man for 10 days. We met at the border, we were taken to a guest house, everything is fine, but I would advise you to take better rooms with air conditioning, because without it we were just dying, the fan didn't save. The location is very convenient, near shops, cafes, the sea - 50 steps. We were happy, but next time we won't settle in a room without air conditioning) the hosts are very sociable and kind, we enjoyed our vacation. And very cute cats live in the yard :))

Resting together in Abkhazia

Hello, stayed in this guest house last year (2016), the price is in line with expectations, vacation is budget, the hosts are Russian, very friendly, meet at the border,all without cheating as in the description is written so everything is; when the street light was turned off -the generator was turned on. And if the girl (see review above) waited for 300 rubles to get the sea under her nose and the conditions improved comfort then this is her personal problems and greed.

Optimum, even too good, price-quality ratio!

The house is by the road, it's noisy, dirty, the furniture is old, the dishes are old. It's far from the center, the lobby. They turn off the light and the water. There's no transfer, they charge for wifi.
