Nice convenient place to stay in the middle off Timon Bay.

The staff here is friendly, hotel is clean and price is competitive.

First time at Hotel Tano...but very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean. Will definitely come back again.

The staff here is amazing! The rooms are clean and hotel pricing is very competitive. Hope the word doesn’t get out and pricing increases as this is my go to spot when visiting the island. Stayed here a total of 10 days on two different reservations. Keep up the great work Hotel Tano and thank you for the up-keep and hospitality!

Hotel was decent.  I heard it used to be a not so pleasant hotel, but they did a good job on the renovation.   The closet sliding door bottom track looks dirty, but the tracks are rusty.  The bathroom is good except you see spots of rust in the shower area.  Water pressure is great! I asked one of the housekeeper, I think she’s young. I wanted the room vacuumed, and she used a broom instead.  The place is great when you want to jest on out quick instead of those big hotels that take time on the elevator.  I had a rental car and parking is alright.  It’s not a hotel that the beach is outside, it’s a walk to the beach, which isn’t too far depend on the beach you’re going to.

I thought i sent a message for shuttle on arrival at airport. I appreciate Axol, Charlie & Marvin's assistance.

The Tano Suite was perfect for a family of four. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner, even do our laundry. You can walk to the beach, some restaurants and even the Catholic Church

I've stayed at the Hotel Tano twice now on overnight layovers.  The hotel is recently remodeled.  The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the beds, bedding, and linens  are great, the other amenities are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I originally chose this hotel because they offer airport shuttle service, which is reasonably priced and very  reliable.  The hotel is on a side street set back from a busy road, but the rooms are quiet.  I can't say much about the neighborhood because I arrive late at night and leave early the next morning.

I only stayed for a quick night visit. The hotel is fairly new. There is still some minor work going on, but it did not interfere in any way with my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The room was spacious, well furnished, quiet and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with a very nice shower. They offered a lot of toiletry items.The pool area was very nice. The location was terrific. Literally a two minute walk from Tumon Restaurant and entertainment area and an easy 10 minute or so walk to the beach.

Great hotel, and great location

What I really enjoy about Hotel Tano is that the Hotel staff from the moment you check in are excellent and genuine..The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are modern..The beds are cozy and the bathrooms clean and updated..Shopping is a walk away and if you desire more options a shuttle is available as well..Dining options are endless in the area..You will not be disappointed staying here..The people on Guam are some nicest you will come across in your travels..

Hotel TANO is a excellent lodging option while visiting Guam..From the moment you arrive in the lobby you are warmly greeted by the staff..The Hotel is very clean and modern..The shuttle to the Airport is very convenient and reasonably priced..The dining options around the area are accessible even without a vehicle..I will return..

Although the facility felt old, it was renovated and very beautiful! The response of all the staff was also pleasant. There was no bathtub and only a shower, but the water temperature and water pressure were perfect. I couldn't see the sea, but it was close to the beach and I could go for a walk. It's good to have a shower and a bed for accommodation! I would definitely recommend it to those who think so.

I love its Japanese minimalist style, just gray, black, & white.  It's quiet and has a small convenience store right behind front desk reception.  It's near as well to a lot of restaurant options, just walkable and/or you can drive out too.  They offer transpo dropoff to Micronesia Mall & TFS Galleria and some other store outlet, but just a one-way dropoff no pick-up.  There are taxis around though.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, specially at front deskRoom is so comfortable with nice bed, amenities, shower.Specially the pressure of water and water temperature arefantastic!One thing which I want them to change is the car parking.sometimes very hard to find the spot   Otherwise I had a pleasant stay and can recommendto others!!!

The property is undergoing renovations. It is looking so much better than before. No issues aside from one of our rooms had water leaking from the ceiling within the lights above the fridge. But I hope that gets resolved. Otherwise its a decent property and the rooms are nice for the price. I will definitely stay again. Cant wait until the property renovations are completed and I hope they expand their parking lot to the property behind.
