Great Hotel.Budget price but quality hotel.We were on floor 12 of 18 floors. Lifts fast and spacious. Wasnt waiting long at all. The room had a mini kitchen and dining area. We didnt need this but it was well equiped and organised.Bathroom hand/body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided and very nice. Complimentary water in the fridge.Breakfast was the best we have had! Plenty of Gluten free options. Choice of eggs and omelettes made to order. Staff great nothing too much. Lot's of choice.The only thing i would change would be for the jams and spreads to be individual packets. Shared jars meant people double dipped therefore a cross contamination risk for Ceoliacs.However i asked for a new potion and it was not problem at all.We had to pay a refundable £50 deposit (for any breakages) and told as we were leaving there was a £1.20 city tax that would be deducted from the deposit taken.This should be known when booking.Definitely staying there again!
