Just came back from 3 nights in the Yorkshire Lodge and was great! Lodge was huge & was well equipped- wifi (which was sightly temprental) but a tv that has wired Internet connection so could use Netflix, YouTube etc, DVD player with loads of dvds in tv stand which was a nice touch plus a selection of books, board games and jigsaws. Kitchen is huge & well equipped and you even get coffee, tea, sugar and hot chocolate included. It has iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hoover, dishwasher (with tablets but we didnt use) , tea towels, oven gloves, cleaning cloths, dog treats, poo bags, washing up liquid, towels, hand wash & even a floor fan which was needed as it was hot this week🔥 . Loved the hot tub! Site is so peaceful with a small kids park, swing ball, football goals, volleyball net, woodland walks and a lovely pond with waterfall. We will definitely come back and would recommend. Our family and dog had a lovely, peaceful break!

Came across this hidden gem on Hoseasons but booked directly through the Kipling lodge website for a great deal! We travelled for 2 nights with our three children, aged 15, 11 and 7 and the pooch and we all loved it! Was just what we needed, that being a chilled out relaxing break. There is a grassed area with sports equipment provided as well as some swings! My boys had such fun. The hot tub was lovely and hot and was a great added extra. It was checked daily. The lodge was brilliant - ( we stayed in the Essex lodge which is a perfect spot for watching the kids play and enjoying the evening sunshine. It’s open plan with everything you need. Tea coffee sugar and even hot chocolate was provided as well as cleaning products and towels. A great added touch was the pack of cookies on arrival. The lodge was lovely and clean and we can’t wait to return.

I was with a group of 11 folks on an international student trip to Kiplin Hall. Though we had not been to the site before our stay, we were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. We were in three lodges; I was in the Cumbria during our stay and it was quite luxurious. The price point for the three lodges was excellent, and we were able to cook group meals in one of the bigger lodges (either Cumbria or Worcester) and dine together. I would strongly recommend this site for a student/business group trip. It was wonderful.

Great family get away. Kids are safe to roam brilliant. Lodges are well equipped and really cosy. Close to local village with lovely welcoming pubs and brilliant food. The perfect family get away if you want a none pressured weekend highly recommend

Excellent lodges, and not too close to each other, and very peaceful.
We paid a good price for our stay.
Staff very relaxed and friendly.
Downside is the area of the site, a bit out of the way for us, but was dog friendly, even though we don't own one.

Fabulous spacious lodge in lovely surroundings, great for North Yorkshire but near to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales too. Really quiet site to relax and good for dogs too with the added bonus of a hot tub. The little touches like milk/tea/coffee/biscuits and blanket/biscuits for the dog were a nice treat. The woods and the dog walking field are nice too It was nice to see children playing outside with a great area for them in the middle of the lodges. Fully recommend to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic lodges and site. On arrival we walked into an immaculate lodge with some lovely little touches including brewing up bits, cookies and treats for the dog. We stayed in the Lancashire Lodge which is right next to the entrance to the feild for dog walking so was in a perfect place for us. The decor was lovely and the lodge well equipped, and plenty of room
Outside area is great being fenced off and gated which meant the dog was safe when we had the doors open and he could be outside whilst we used the hot tub ect. The site is lovely with some play equipment in the middle, swings, football goals, badminton nets ect enough to keep children entertained.
Would highly recommend for a nice relaxing break

I would highly recommend kiplin lodge to anybody so peaceful, everything you need is provided it's clean and tidy beautiful walks my kids loved it as did we, we will be going back, plenty of cheap days out in not to far from the park 

It feels like we've discovered a hidden gem with these lodges as the prices are incredibly reasonable for the size, quality and hot tub! We booked three lodges with family and friends, and despite the disappointing weather,  we had a great time! The grounds are meticulously maintained and the kids loved playing with the equipment provided in the centre of the field. The dogs loved the woods and the large secluded field - the decking was totally secure and large too so we could keep the lodge door open. Fantastic location and many leaflets / information in lodge so we could plan activities.
I'd definitely recommend.

We stayed here as a family of 4 adults, 2 small children and a dog in November. Although we were well out of season, there was still plenty of things for the kids to be able to do outside and areas to explore. The cabin was modern, clean and well appointed and the hot tub was great. Really well managed site as well, we were probably a bit more demanding than some and the gentleman running the site couldn’t do enough for us. We would happily stay again.

Great value, great stay, great location!

Great stay

Excellent lodge, very clean and well equipped, hot tub well looked after during our stay. Situated on a small and quiet park. Ideal for taking the dog as well provided for with exercise field.  Will the host very friendly and informative about the local area, makes you feel at home. We will definitely return.

Relaxing Stay

We have stayed at Kiplin eco lodges twice this year and each time we have had a fantastic holiday. Everyone at the park was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and wildlife, of which there is an abundance. The lodge and hot tub were wonderfully well maintained and very clean. The site is perfectly situated for exploring Yorkshire and the restaurants in the area are very good

Hidden gem

Had an amazing week staying in the Yorkshire lodge. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and Will the manager always on hand but never intrusive. Great for Catterick Garrison and Northallerton. Nothing was ever too much trouble for will with his local knowledge & recommendations! We definitely recommended and will be returning! Can’t wait to stay again! Love the Cheltenham Crew 🐎❤️

We visited Kiplin Park in the Easter break as family of four with two teenagers. We stayed in the Middlesex lodge. The park is quiet and relaxing, nothing like other busy lodge/ caravan parks. The lodges are really spaced out and you have ample space for more than one car. At night, it’s quiet and peaceful. There is a lovely grassed area in the centre which has a swing ball and football nets for children. The lodge was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our three night stay. 
The hot tub was an added bonus! It was private and not overlooked at all. We would have a dip in the morning and then after dinner... heaven! 
The lodge was impeccably clean and decorated to a really high standard. The new kitchen is modern and included everything required to cook a meal. I had taken cloths, bin bags and cleaning products however all of these were provided. The only thing we needed was our tea towels and hot tub towels and it does state that on the booking information. 
The welcome we received from Will the Estates Manager was great ! He was warm, friendly and gave us lots of local information for our stay. There are some lovely local circular walks which we did every morning (minus the teenagers!)
Richmond is a short drive away and has plenty to do in the town. There are the castle walls, waterfalls and the river to explore. The Station is worth a visit - this has a cafe, cinema, chocolate shop and ice cream shop aswell as art exhibitions which were great. 
The little village of Scorton is nearer ( about 2 miles) and has a village store along with two pubs which serve food. 
Thank you Kiplin Park for such a relaxing break - gem of a find and we will be back !

Relaxing stay in a luxury lodge....

6 of us ranging from 3 to 47 yrs spent 4 nights here on a family break. There was everything you could possibly need and supermarkets deliver to the site, so all you need pack are clothes. It was immaculate and the hot tub was checked every day. Cabins are generously spaced to give privacy and so you can enjoy the hot tub and some music without disturbing others. Staff are friendly and approachable but leave you alone to holiday.  The venue is ideally located for exploring the area, close enough to amenities and adventure (viia car) yet far enough away from hustle and bustle for it to be peaceful.
Would thoroughly recommend booking direct.
